      Orders come with Standard Shipping, which is 3-5 business day, sometimes less. Expedited shipping is also available, which is 2-3 business days. Both shipping options are based on carrier rates. 

       Currently we only ship to addresses in the U.S. We don’t ship on weekends (yet).

      We want you to be happy at WOOOF, even if the product doesn’t work for your dog. While we’d like to say our products work for 100% of dogs that try them, we know wellness and taste preferences are personal.
       
      If you aren’t completely satisfied with our products, we offer you a refund guarantee. If something doesn’t work, we’ll find you a product that does, and if we can’t, we’ll make you whole.
      • We offer full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase (less shipping).
      • After 30 days, we can do a refund as store credit.

      Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
